Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads from an existing database
2. Follow up with clients
3. Monitor and track leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closure
4. Coordinate with clients and understand their investment needs
5. Communicate with clients regarding their budget, location, and visits
6. Plan site visits for potential clients as required
7. Convert prospects into bookings
