About the job

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru & Noida.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1. Generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction
2. Providing exceptional customer service
3. Calling on leads, pitching the product and services offered by the company
4. Managing sales data
5. Doing sales negotiation and customer delight

Note:

1. This role is focused on 2022 & 2023 graduate candidates
2. 0-1 year of hardcore sales experience will work
3. Freshers can apply
4. This job requires an F2F interview only with next-day joining (No Virtual Round)

Relevant skills and qualifications for the role include customer relationship management, communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a positive attitude.

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,60,000 /year
