About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold calling & lead generation
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and pitch website designing packages and digital marketing services.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads by identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.

2. Pitching & product presentation
- Effectively present and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the company's website designing and digital marketing packages.
- Conduct virtual or in-person meetings and product demos to engage clients and close deals.

3. Sales target achievement
- Work diligently to meet or exceed the assigned monthly sales targets for website designing and digital marketing packages.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

4. Client relationship management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Address client queries, provide timely solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.

5. Market research & analysis
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities in the website development and digital marketing sectors.
- Share valuable insights with the team to optimize product offerings and sales strategies.

6. CRM & sales reporting
- Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

7. Collaboration & teamwork
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute effective campaigns for generating new leads.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve sales performance.

8. Upselling & cross-selling
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, such as SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising packages.

9. Follow-ups & closing deals
- Regularly follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Negotiate effectively to close deals and ensure timely collection of payments.

10. Professional development
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in website designing and digital marketing.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Digital Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken)

Other requirements

- Proven experience in B2B Sales and achieving sales targets.

- Expertise in conducting Zoom meetings and building rapport with clients virtually.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge and experience with: Website Designing Services,

SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Branding and PR services

Digital Marketing and Brand Communication strategies.

- Successful track record of managing multiple client assignments with exceptional results.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong project management and operational management skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels.

- A strong background in consumer marketing and a deep understanding of digital marketing.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,100 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
