We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our Business Development team to drive growth in the open-source custom eLearning and eCommerce services business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with prospective clients via calls, and video conferencing to understand goals and define strategic and tactical plans aligned with their needs and SaffireTech strengths.
2. Write, edit, revise, and complete compelling emails, proposals, and other documents to drive prospective and current clients to buy into SaffireTech's strategies and approaches.
3. Negotiate client goals, constraints, and SaffireTech's resourcing and delivery standards to create detailed contracts, proposals, and project plans that set SaffireTech and its clients up for success.
4. Support and grow client relationships via regular check-ins and collaboration with client and production teams; complete all related deliverables necessary to ensure outstanding client service in a timely and insightful manner.
5. Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation for deals, client relationships, and projects.
