Key responsibilities:

1. Create quotations as requested by clients.
2. Follow up with clients via emails and calls to generate sales.
3. Generate leads through cold calling.
4. Resolve client issues and queries.
5. Coordinate with directors for final purchase receipts.
6. Collect feedback from clients about product delivery and quality.
7. Provide after-sales service for existing clients.
8. Conduct client research and background checks.
9. Send satisfaction letters after order completion.
10. Register with all government and multinational companies.
11. Obtain vendor codes from all clients.
12. Manage customer relationships effectively.
13. Follow up with old clients via emails and calls for new requirements.
14. Continuously search for new clients.
15. Maintain constant communication with old clients.
