About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of our products and services.
2. Generating leads for our software solutions using telephone calls.
3. Helping with follow-ups and other activities to improve conversion of leads.
4. Calling & meeting leads obtained from digital marketing, webinars, etc. & arranging demos for prospects with the pre-sales team.
5. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
6. Understand challenges faced by Indian SMB's & gather market feedback.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
