We seek driven and experienced 'Sales and Business Development Executives' to join our team specializing in customs clearance and CHA (Customs House Agent) services. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and nurture client relationships within the customs brokerage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of customs clearance and CHA services
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, importers, exporters, and freight forwarders
3. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and expand customer base within the logistics sector
4. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions related to customs brokerage, import/export regulations, and compliance
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and service offerings
6. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business and maintain profitable client relationships
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, international business, or a related field (preferred)/or any degree with relevant experience/knowledge
2. Strong desire to pursue a sales and business development career within the customs brokerage industry
3. Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills with a customer-centric approach
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
