1. Develop and execute sales strategies that result in exceeding revenue targets
2. Build a database of prospects, establish contact with them, generate interest
3. Work with account managers, client servicing team, and clients developing result-driven marketing solutions across multiple platforms
4. Work closely with account managers to prepare sales pitches
5. Attend sales calls/meetings with account executives to develop new accounts and maximize existing accounts
6. Perform other duties as assigned
7. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads
8. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
9. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
10. Create and deliver presentations to potential clients
11. Negotiate contracts and close deals
12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success
13. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
2. Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
7. Willingness to travel as needed
