Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying potential customers via inquiries we get through engaging with them and closing sales.
2. To facilitate students to locate affordable yet convenient and secure rooms in our extensive selection of
3. listed properties and keep in continuous correspondence with the students.
4. Ensure a comprehensive sales process to attain maximum customer conversion rate
5. Maintain all modes of communication with the customer to provide a smooth and hassle-free journey to ensure a perfect match for their requirements.
6. Address any queries raised by students with a prompt and consummate response.
7. Communicating with property managers within the UK, US, and Australia augmenting our company services and achievements.
8. A candidate who seeks out and communicates with students, carefully understands their needs,
9. qualifies for opportunities, and then proceeds to propose to those who are an excellent fit.
10. A sales enthusiast who is keen on getting conversions as well as maintaining a good relationship with their students.
11. Bachelor's degree in any field.
12. A minimum of six months of experience in sales or a related field is an add-on benefit.
13. Strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with the concerned persons.
14. Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.
