Key responsibilities:

1.Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
2. Explain products/services, answer queries, and address customer needs.
3. Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
4. Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions.
5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
2. Ability to handle customer objections and queries
3. Proficiency in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus).
4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. (Not necessary)
5. A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
