As a BDE, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage, motivate, and develop a team of telesales representatives.
2. Accomplish targeted sales goals and achieve relevant KPIs.
3. Evaluate and improve existing processes.
4. Hire, train and onboard the telesales representatives
5. Ensure correct usage and adoption of the CRM tools.
6. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
7. Address any questions or issues customers may have.
8. Offer solutions based on the client's needs and capabilities.
9. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
10. Keep an updated customer database.
11. Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
12. Track and document calls and sales.
13. Update client records.
14. Prepare and present achievements.
