Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
7. Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
9. Present service offerings to potential clients.
10. Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.

Requirements:

1. In depth knowledge of BTL activity like merchandising, audits, events, and market activation.
2. Good knowledge of staffing business like vanilla payroll, semi managed and managed program.
3. Good skill set in costing and budgeting.
4. Good presentation skills in terms of presentation and power points.
5. Good knowledge of backend operations.
