PSR Compliance is seeking a creative and motivated business development executive to drive the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to forge lasting relationships with clients. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our brand's online presence.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify new opportunities: Research and identify potential business opportunities and market segments.
2. Work on client acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
3. Work on relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
4. Handle market research: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
5. Work on sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
6. Handle collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.
7. Work reporting: track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
8. Promote the company's services to potential customers using persuasive communication skills.
9. Provide technical solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
10. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
11. Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely solutions.
12. Prepare and present sales reports to analyze performance and contribute to strategy development.
13. Foster positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
14. Work on-site in Noida and engage in client meetings as required.

Additional details:

1. Location: D-215 Devsha Business Park, Sector- 63, Noida.
2. Department: Marketing.
3. Office hours: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM-6:30 PM), 1st and 3rd Saturdays off.
4. Salary: 15000-25000 per month.

Other requirements

1. Education:

i. Recently completed a degree in marketing, communication, media studies, BBA, MBA, or a related field.

2. Skills:

i. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

ii. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

iii. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

iv. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

4. Experience: Fresher.

5. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for lead generation.

6. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
