Trail Blazer is dedicated to providing IT services using the latest technologies and trends. We offer staff augmentation, IT consulting & software development and testing services to clients across various overseas locations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Engaging with US clients and vendors.
2. Coordinating and managing the clients to identify business development opportunities.
3. Engaging throughout the placement process of the candidate.
4. Managing candidate placement in companies & in their desired fields.

Please note:

1. Meals and snacks facility available at the company.
2. Cab services are provided for female employees.
3. 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), office-based.
4. Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
5. Salary increments every 6 months. Along with the salary the incentives (monthly and recurring incentives) are provided.
6. Opportunities for rapid career growth.
7. Compensation for freshers: Annual CTC: 2.36 LPA.
8. Incentives: Monthly and recurring incentives provided along with the salary.
9. Hike: Salary hike every 6 months based on current CTC.
10. Shift timings: US Shift (Night Shift): 7pm - 4am IST (Mon-Fri).
