This is a full-time role as a business development executive (BDE) at EsroMagica. As a BDE, your daily tasks will include providing guidance and support to students, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, helping students navigate their educational and personal challenges, and promoting EsroMagica's programs and services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide expert counseling to students interested in pursuing a career in the space field
2. Guide students through academic and career decisions related to space sciences
3. Promote and sell EsroMagica's programs and services to prospective students
4. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Experience in providing counseling or mentorship is a plus
3. Empathy and understanding of student needs
4. Ability to work independently and responsibly
5. Excellent problem-solving skills
6. Flexibility and adaptability
7. Sales experience or a strong sales aptitude

Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day (from 1:30 PM-10 PM)
Salary: Base + fixed monthly incentives
