Work Location: Bavdhan
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; work from the office
Saturday: Work from Home

Key responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
Identify and pursue potential business opportunities with educational institutions, corporates, and other relevant organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our platform.

2. Sales and Account Management:
Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients
Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

3. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the education and technology sectors.

4. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide valuable insights to the product team to enhance the platform's features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the field of sales.
2. Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the education or technology industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. A passion for education and technology.

Preferred Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
2. Experience with CRM software.
3. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
