We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 'Business Development Executive' to join our team at The Leaders Globe. As a 'Business Development Executive', you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
4. Conduct sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services
5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
6. Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs, regularly reporting on sales activities and results
7. Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor analysis
8. Participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business connections
9. Provide feedback and insights to management on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements
Qualifications And Skills:
1. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

3. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Knowledge of the media industry is a plus
