The ideal candidate will have a background in the OEM industry, particularly in rubber seal manufacturing and hydraulic seal manufacturing, and possess a proven track record of sales success.

Proactively generate sales leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms. 3. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and preferences. Provide personalized assistance and solutions to address client requirements.
4. Expand Professional Networks: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and foster partnerships.
5. Conduct Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to assess their needs, preferences, and challenges. Present product offerings and solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
