Business Development Executive (Telesales) Fresher Job

We are looking for a Telesales cum Business Development Executive to take up an exciting permanent opportunity with us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients, and explaining products and services for generating appointments.
2. Generate leads/prospects over the phone.
3. Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationships with the client.
4. Acquiring new clients, identifying business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients, account management, and revenue collection.
5. Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction & completion of the tasks as per deadlines, including the reporting.
7. Manage customer service and ensure customer retention.
