Key responsibilities:

1. Retention of existing clients through after-sales care, as well as accepting and acting on feedback
2. Identifying and approaching potential new products to existing client as part of deep-mining
3. Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
4. Acting as one point of contact for grievances and escalations
5. Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
6. Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
