We are seeking a dynamic and driven business development manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, with a focus on content selling. If you have a background in water services products or related services, it will be considered a significant advantage.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through content selling strategies
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the industry
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
5. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
8. Keep abreast of industry developments and competitors' activities
9. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team
10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
2. 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on content selling
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
7. Previous experience in the water services industry or related field is a plus
8. Female candidates are preferred for this position
