As a business development manager at Financial Mindss, you will be at the forefront of our market expansion strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, introducing them to our innovative products and services. You will play a critical role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Proactively reach out to potential clients through various communication channels to introduce our products and services.
2.Schedule and conduct products/services demonstrations, exhibitions, presentations and meetings with prospects and clients.
3.Understand and assess client needs, providing tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
4.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
5.Collaborate with the analysts and the management to provide feedback from clients and market trends.
6.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
7.Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
8.Formulating/Planning/Executing sales/Marketing strategies.
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
3. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Degree in business administration, marketing, sales or related field or qualified chartered accountant or company secretary
7. Mandatory experience of 0-2 years in business development team of credit rating agencies
