As a business development executive at Freshreview, you will be a management trainee (sales development representative exclusively) for a B2B SaaS company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, follow-ups, research, outreach and closures for customers based out of Australia and United States.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
2. Creating and sending engaging email campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales
3. Developing and delivering compelling sales pitches to attract and retain customers
4. Working with the founder to exceed revenue targets
5. Assisting in developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's customer base
6. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
