Business Development Specialist Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Client Engagement:Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Sales and Revenue Growth:Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Market Analysis:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Provide insights to improve offerings and strategies.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Reporting and Coordination:Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Experience: - Minimum 1 years in FMCG or food industry Experience is Mandatory. Freshers are also welcome
Qualification :- Degree / PG
