We advise on the cycle - be it raising finance to support a growth strategy, refinancing existing debt facilities, realizing value for shareholders through a recapitalization or advising and raising capital in situations involving financial stress. We work closely with more than 30 banks and nearly all NBFCs to ensure clients debt requirements are fulfilled.
