The company provides career development and mentorship to help individuals succeed in their respective fields. This is a full-time on-site role for a business development trainee.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting market research, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and communicating with clients and partners
2. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities for the company
Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
2. Graduation in any degree
3. Critical and out-of-the-box thinking
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Experience in lead generation, prospecting & converting into sales
6. Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
9. Interest in the ed-tech industry and entrepreneurship
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
11. Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
12. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment ability to work in a target-driven environment
Note:
1. Working days: 6 days work/week from Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
2. Probation period: 3 months
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
