Business Development Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

(a) Prospecting:
1. Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels such as social media, online databases, and industry-specific platforms.
2. Gather contact information and relevant details about potential leads.

(b) Data Management:
1. Input, update, and maintain lead information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

(c) Outbound Outreach:
1. Assist in the execution of email and phone outreach campaigns to potential leads.
2. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.

(d) Qualification:
1. Conduct initial qualification of leads based on predefined criteria to determine their interest and fit for the company s products or services.
2. Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.

(e) Reporting:
1. Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
2. Analyze lead data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
