As a 'Business Operations Associate', you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our car rental services. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our fleet. Your knowledge of cars and strong customer service skills will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with reservations, rentals, and returns
2. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
3. Provide detailed information about our car models, features, and rental terms
4. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and paperwork
5. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
6. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
7. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and readiness of vehicles
8. Monitor and manage the inventory of rental vehicles
9. Support the operations team in daily administrative tasks
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
1. Proven experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in the automotive or rental industry
2. Strong knowledge of different car models and their features
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing reservations and transactions
