Business Services Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Record transactions such as income and expenses, and posting them to various
accounts
2. Pay vendor bills and track bank account balances
3. Monitor petty cash expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
4. Reconcile accounts with third-party records such as bank statements
5. Conduct daily banking activities including processing payments
6. Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
7. Maintain requisite documentation on behalf of the clients
8. Produce various financial reports as required
9. Communicate with clients for AP, AR, and other confirmations
10. Communicate with clients and vendors for payment and other confirmations
11. Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
12. Handle bookkeeping for multiple clients
