About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and modify preliminary equipment layouts based on customer input
2. Produce documents to assist with securing construction contractor bids
3. Create as-built documents for projects after completion of construction
4. Maintain layouts and maps to be linked to Archibus, and AutoCAD
5. Integrate 3rd party vendor drawings into existing building drawing sets
6. Convert files from and to NX, SolidWorks, Revit, PDF, AutoCAD, etc.

Other requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalency certificate

2. 3+ years of experience creating architectural construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details

3. Experience with AutoCAD 2020 or later

4. Experience in construction, project management, and tenant improvement

5. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R), concrete, framing, and industrial gas trade

6. Ability to read instructions and blueprints

7. Knowledge of basic construction and engineering principles and methods

8. Experience with Archibus

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

10. Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
