Job description:
BIM Model Creation: Develop 3D BIM models of building projects using industry-standard BIM software
Data Integration: Populate BIM models with relevant data, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) information.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure BIM models are accurate and up-to-date.
Clash Detection: Use BIM software to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts in design elements, helping to prevent costly errors during construction.
Quantity Takeoff: Generate accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from BIM models to assist in project budgeting and procurement.

Model Management: Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, reflecting design changes and as-built conditions.
Documentation: Prepare and distribute BIM-related documentation, such as clash reports, model coordination reports, and design documentation.
Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork, BIM360
Strong understanding of building construction and design principles.
Knowledge of industry standards and BIM protocols
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
