Expectation: To communicate with clients maturely and professionally and align myself with business and organizational goals to identify sales opportunities and handle customer queries/complaints.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
2. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
3. Display basic etiquette on calls
4. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
5. Identify opportunities to upsell products when they arise
6. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Requirements:
1. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
2. Previous experience in a customer support role
3. Adapt to the organizational culture and discipline. Urge to work in a mature way
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
5. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
6. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
7. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi and clear thought processes
Graduation with a degree in either stream
Work type: Full- Time (Day-shift) – Work from Office (on-site)
9 hours shift
8 hours production: 6 Days working 1 rotational off
