Job Overview
CrazyHR is seeking a Call Centre Executive Freshers to join our dynamic team. This entry-level, full-time position is perfect for individuals based in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Noida, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must have 0 to 1 year of work experience and will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills
Possession of necessary call centre jobs skills (Mandatory skill).
Completion of 12th grade education for applicable job roles (Mandatory skill).
Enthusiastic fresher seeking a call centre position (Mandatory skill).
Basic experience or understanding of BPO operations and environments.
Demonstrated experience or interest in tele-calling and customer handling.
Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with clients.
Ability to handle basic queries and provide accurate information to callers with composure.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and update customer details accurately in the database.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by providing excellent service.
Utilize call scripts to manage call flow and navigate through challenges effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Consistently achieve or exceed designated targets and KPIs set forth by the company.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,22,000 - 2,70,000 /year
