1. 1 year of professional counseling experience, preferably in aviation.
2. Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices applied to students' problems and developmental needs.
3. Good at scheduling and managing inbound and outbound calls.
4. Comfortable at organizing & conducting Zoom Meetings.
5. Excellent active listening and communication skills.
