Roles & Responsibilities

1. Meet and exceed sales targets
2. Continuously improve through feedback
3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
4. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
5. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
6. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
7. Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
9. Perform ca ost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
10. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
