Key responsibilities:

1. Support Business Heads in BAU category management activities related to supply, demand, and revenue planning
2. Solve structural problems at a central level to accelerate category growth
3. Own analytical projects to address various business problems
4. Enable onboarding of high-quality service professionals in the category
5. Institutionalize service delivery norms and set centralized processes for the category
6. Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology, and product to execute multiple category and central level projects
7. Work with the marketing team to generate customer requests and improve demand
