Key responsibilities:

1. Onboard the right quality supply to fulfill demand and deliver excellent customer experience
2. Ensure seamless daily operations in assigned city
3. Implement growth and quality improvement initiatives in sync with central category leadership
4. Build strong connections with service professionals in the city
5. Apply analytical skills to identify and solve key business problems
6. Hands-on involvement in understanding and addressing on-ground issues related to customer experience, partner onboarding, etc.
7. Manage tight processes and SOPs for partner onboarding, service quality improvement, etc.
