2. Manage periodic assessments, appeals, and returns related to direct taxes and GST.
3. Responsible for representing the company for all taxation-related issues to policymakers, government, revenue authorities, etc.
4. Preparation of Annual Corporate Tax Returns, Tax Audit Reports, Transfer Pricing Certificates etc.
5. Custodian of Transfer Pricing Policy and ensuring its compliance.
6. Provide monthly operational support to the payroll team concerning taxation such as the impact of changes in income tax on payroll, support for the final settlement of retired / separation cases, etc.
7. Continuously monitor the changes in the tax laws and their implications on the business.
8. Minimize the cash flow impact of taxes by proposing initiatives for long-term tax optimization.
9. Advising the cross-functional team on the applicability of tax for daily routine matters.
