Key responsibilities:

1. Interface with customers via multiple channels (email, chat, and telephone)
2. Receive inbound online chats for mentorship and guidance
3. Schedule an appointment with the counselor's team for the inbound leads
4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing the highest quality of customer care via phone, email, and live chat
5. Provide customer feedback and share information with team members to continuously improve the customer experience
6. Research customer and market needs and conduct competitive analysis
7. Drive customer engagement at various stages of the product life cycle
8. Anticipate market changes and requirements
