1. Carry out and supervise testing of milk for all parameters as per Mother Dairy norms, including incoming raw milk from various sources in road and rail tankers and dispatching and returning of bulk vended milk tankers from Mother Dairy premises
2. Calibrate Milkcoscan in each shift with respect to 'Zero' and reference sample
3. Perform all shift activities at Dock Laboratory, including store requisition, signing of gate pass, and water sampling
4. Monitor and supervise cleaning and sterilization of laboratory glassware and CIP of tankers
5. Monitor and supervise water testing (reservoir, boiler feed water, and soft water) for hardness, pH, phosphate, and sulfite in boiler water once per shift

1. Hold a Diploma/B.Sc. in Chemistry or related disciplines
2. Demonstrate a solid understanding of testing procedures and methods
3. Apply basic knowledge of GMP and GLP standards
4. Maintain awareness of hygiene, housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitization in milk handling units
5. Possess working knowledge of computers, the internet, and MS Office

Salary during probation: ₹11,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
