Key responsibilities:

1. Teach Chess Fundamentals: Conduct engaging lessons on chess strategy and tactics for students of all levels.
2. Organize Tournaments: Plan and manage school chess tournaments, fostering competitive spirit and teamwork.
3. Provide Individual Feedback: Analyze student games and offer personalized guidance to improve their skills.
4. Develop Lesson Plans: Create structured lessons that promote critical thinking and strategic gameplay.
