This includes arranging desks and seating arrangements, setting up educational materials, and ensuring that any necessary technology or audio-visual aids are functional. Pay attention to factors such as lighting, ventilation, and overall cleanliness. Create an engaging and welcoming physical space to foster a positive learning atmosphere
2. Classroom routine and behavior management: Establish and maintain a structured classroom routine to provide students with a sense of predictability and security. Clearly communicate expectations for behavior, attendance, and participation. Implement effective behavior management strategies to address disruptions or conflicts promptly
