Client Acquisition Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads assigned in CRM
2. Conduct site visits of interested clients to relevant properties
3. Negotiate with owners and tenants to ensure deal closures
4. Generate leads through offline real estate network
5. Pitch Azuro Property management solution to property owners and onboard them
6. Assist in property marketing to generate leads
7. Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
8. Assist in preparing necessary paperwork and property documentation

Skills Required:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and local language is an advantage
3. Proficient in MS Office
4. Customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills
5. Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence
6. A graduate from any discipline is preferred
7. 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred
8. Freshers are also welcome
9. 2-wheeler is mandatory as it requires movement on the field
