Client Relationship Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate with clients (Nationally & Internationally) via various channels including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
3. Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
4. Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively address client queries
5. Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products or services
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system
7. Write clear, concise, and professional emails to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service or client relationship management
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
6. Proficiency in email writing and communication
7. Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
8. A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and assist clients
