Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements
2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, and coordinate responses with internal teams
3. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
4. Develop and execute strategies to increase client engagement and retention
5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within the existing client base
6. Provide clients with product/service information and updates
7. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and provide insights and recommendations based on feedback
8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance client service and satisfaction
