A. Performance Management:
1. Achieve OFC cut targets, maintaining FTKM within 4 hours.
2. Ensure MTTR < 4 hours and 99.33% link availability.
3. Complete KPI sign-offs by the 15th of each month and bill 100% OFC links.
B. Reporting and Compliance:
1. Complete dark fiber maintenance and power reports per RJIL guidelines.
2. Ensure safety compliance and zero accidents.
3. Organize monthly CMP meetings and visit all links with patrollers/FRTs.
C. Patroller and Training Management:
1. Monitor Jio patrollers, ensuring route assignments and visibility.
2. Train team members every 3 months, maintaining attendance and scores.
D. Material and Vehicle Management:
1. Reconcile materials by the 3rd of each month.
2. Monitor FRT and O&M vehicle movements via GPS.
3. Oversee warehouse/FRT rent and vendor bill certification by the 28th.
E. Link and Permission Management:
1. Handle new OFC link HOTO with proper documentation.
2. Manage ROW permissions and follow up on FIRs for intentional cuts.
3. Ensure OFC rectifications comply with M&M guidelines.
F. Consumables and Tools Management:
1. Track consumables monthly, ensuring no deviations.
2. Ensure operational TMIs and field tools, are certified monthly and calibrated annually.
3. Maintain patroller surveillance reports and contact information.
G. Audit and Client Interaction:
1. Ensure no non-compliance in audits.
2. Regularly interact with customer teams, maintaining preferred vendor status.
