Understand the client's expectation that the team should add value to campaign engagement by analyzing the outcome and recommending better campaigns based on performance analysis and trends.
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the requirements by coordinating with clients to get brief about the creative assets for the campaign
2. Ensure timely and error-free execution of campaigns with the help of the campaigns team
3. Measure campaign performance by using campaign reports
4. Track campaign performance based on agreed KPIs and prepare performance report
5. Check the performance trends of campaigns open/click/conversion through reports
6. Analyze the reports to arrive at trends and insights
7. Present the weekly performance and monthly insights to the client
8. Recommend better campaigns based on performance analysis
9. Understand competition in the mutual fund category
10. Add an understanding of BFSI competition and best practices to the presentation
