Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption of Salesforce solutions
2. Configure and customize clients' requirements
3. Document and analyze required information and data
4. Proactively identify and address issues related to Salesforce configuration and user adoption
5. Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features, and functional specifications
6. Perform research and implement best practices for problem avoidance and continuous improvement
