Client Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
2. Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience
3. Managing client inquiries via phone, email, online, or in person
4. Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner
5. Providing clients with technical assistance with products and services
6. Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution
7. Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes
8. Maintaining client records and documenting processes
9. Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps
10. Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services
11. Recommending product improvements based on clients' service feedback
12. Working with a clear sense of coordination with team members
13. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
14. Developing or recommending solutions for problems or situations
15. Working with internal team members to set the right process at the right time
