1. Looking after key account management activities by closely working with client managers and directors
2. Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
3. Acting as a point of contact (POC) for the handling vendors across all states.
4. Maintaining a healthy and cordial relationship to ensure a long-term relationship with the client
5. Managing existing relationships and developing plans to map future needs and requirements
6. Ensuring strong follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of quality marketing material as per set targets
7. Following up with passive clients regularly, building rapport and gaining the trust of clients, and getting their marketing requirements
8. Ensuring upsell and cross-sell of company products to be made with all the new and existing customers in the portfolio
9. Looking for new business opportunities in an existing account and maintaining the existing part (farming of an account)
10. Conducting market research of clients and competition tracking for effective client relationships
11. Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly tracker reports in software and Excel sheets
